Dr. Hassan Tajideen, President of the Lebanese Economic Union, said during the Lebanese Economic Forum that:” the endorsement of the the wage and rank scale in Lebanon benefits the public sector employees and retirees, who count just 5.5 %  from the total population.

Dr. Tajideen Added: “the global recession and the unstable situation in the Middle East, especially in Syria, have a significant impact on the weakening the national growth. there is a failure in the financial planning in Lebanon. We can give ourselves at least 3 to 6 months to reach an exact study to be based on for future assumptions.
