Hassan Tajideen

Overview

Dr. Hasan Tajideen is a Lebanese businessman, head of the “Lebanese Economic Union”, owner and president of Stars College Schools, and founder and owner of the computer programming company “Dolly Soft”. He was raised up on the ideologies of patriotism, altruism, and attachment to land and homeland, which made of him liable to face any occurrence that may encounter his family and homeland.
Dr. Tajideen has specified knowledge significant concern, as both education and specialization. He has dedicated his consideration towards improving himself then improving Lebanese youth by aiding them find job opportunities inside and outside Lebanon through stimulating their potentials and generating practical grounds for them to benefit society, anticipating to promote an educated and an effective generation, with the credence that: “Our youth is our economy”. To him, youth represents the economy maneuver and life pulse. His belief in the youth’s aptitudes inspired him and aided him anticipate a bright and promising future, in which he has invested in the minds of educated, the knowledge of experienced, and the proficiency of workers.

Lifetime

Dr. Tajideen was born in 1985 in his hometown Hanaway and lived there until the age of five. After that, he traveled with his family to Sierra Leone – Africa, where they stayed nearly four years, when he was forced to come back to Lebanon and settle there due to the political clashes that Sierra Leone encountered at that time in.
Near family house, he had his own room, in which he collected all handicrafts equipment. There, he spent considerable time disassembling electronic machineries and worked to bring them together as they were. After a while, he grew passionate with the idea of devising something which contributed to his capacities, self-reliance and self-confidence. His passion was to come up with a leadership personality.
With the same passion, doctor Hasan detected all kinds of technological means and the programs they confined. This enthused him to spend significant time with accountants and programmers, and raised questions that often did not find satisfactory answers from them, so earnestly he commenced studying and researching until in a young age he established a programming company “Dolly Soft” that became a pioneer in his homeland, Lebanon.

Education

Dr. Tajideen’s life stages were a record of knowledge that embedded in him awareness, culture and information, issues that made his life a prototype for any who sought knowledge from its foundation. His educational journey began in the primary, middle and high school levels. He finished high school in 2004, then pursued college education obtaining a degree in business administration. Being passionate in science inspired him to accomplish a master’s degree then seeking to attain a doctorate in business administration from British universities.
Dr. Tajideen’s knowledge is limitless. In fact, he enjoys a decent trait which has made him obsessed of all types of knowledge. He was preoccupied with the idea of knowing almost everything about everything. Being unaware of a certain topic dissatisfied him, thus he permanently referred to books and references, which have provided him with much knowledge establishing a personal library of books on politics, history, civilizations, security, economics and religion, etc. However, if asked “which schools you best learned from?”, his reply would be “communicating with older.” An observer following Dr. Tajideen life pattern can easily recognize that he typically preferred accompanying people older than him, spending evenings with them, learning from their wide knowledge and experiences, yet not necessarily adopting their thoughts. But, he held their thoughts as work stimuli, and relied on their advice on the basis that “Whoever consults people, shares their minds”. These concepts have added love of knowledge to his scientific life, in addition to the academic natural sciences that anyone can attain form schools and universities.

Professions

At the start of 2001, Dr. Tajideen began his work life as an employee in a paint factory, which was his first job. With observation and knowledge of work details, he was assigned in charge of orders where he gained much experience to be promoted as a manager. Concurrently, he was promoted from a worker responsible for cleaning dishes in a touristic resort to a waiter, which contributed to his experience in dealing with different types of people. With this experience, he was promoted as the supervisor of one hundred and twenty workers, then the deputy manager of the resort. The same scenario took place while working for a construction company where he began as accountant, next auditor, and later CEO.
Eventually, he established a long-term work team in various fields of business and founded a corporation named Dolly Soft specialized in programming, the domain that he loved the most, which shortly became a prominent world programming company.
However, all these where not satisfactory to Dr. Tajideen. The future of children and youth was a significant issue to him. For this purpose, he rented two huge buildings in Tyre and Nabatiyeh to launch two high schools, as the first step to establish educational edifices in the region. Later, he constructed two buildings to run these two schools which shortly turned eminent at the country level.
In addition, he became a member of the master’s jury for students at Saint Joseph University.

International Activity & Conferences

Dr. Hasan Tajideen participated in many international conferences that were held in many Arab, European, Asian and African countries. These international conferences were conducted on various topics as economic affairs and the global economic system in a number of economically significant countries as Britain, Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Armenia, Syria, China, Egypt, Congo, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, UAE, Russia, Greece, Turkey, Ukraine, Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia and South Korea. Through these conferences, he attained considerable experience and a forthcoming vision that contributed to invest this knowledge in what is best for his country, Lebanon.

With Youth

The young age of Dr. Hasan Tajideen and his cheerful personality have kept him close to youth, acting as their defender and advocate. He supported some youth associations and volunteer organizations that attracted young people and took care of them, which made him a sponsor of the idea that youth represent the strength and the beating heart of this nation. He believed that without mindful, educated, and vital youth, homeland resilience was unfeasible. Among his most prominent mottos on youth was “Our youth is our economy”. He practically conveyed this vision through gathering around him an integrated team of young people to empower them face any challenges encountering them. So, he trained, educated, and sponsored many to create the nation’s future constructors. This strong relationship with youth became authentic and genuine where it stirred the majority of young people imitate Dr. Hassan’s wisdom and activity, regarding him as an idol for determination to accomplish all work domains, which gave rise to a scientific and knowledge revolution compromising originality and modernity, and establishing a work culture that appreciated the productive individual striving for the sake of family and homeland. Recently, he initiated a business incubator that permits youth fresh graduates and those who have project proposals to start up through the incubator to the wider world at all levels.

With Lebanese Expatriates

Dr. Tajideen’s relationship with the Lebanese expatriates is clearly manifested through considering them as Lebanon’s safety valve and its life elixir that revive it after every setback, as the money they transfer recovers Lebanon and brings it back to life with a brighter face. He advocated the rights and views of all expatriates on the local and the international levels contributing to making their voice heard by the Lebanese officials.

Charitable Activities, Health and Education

It is well-known that Dr. Tajideen has made every effort to give a hand on the humanitarian, health, and educational levels to all needy people and organizations seeking no personal nor material interest. For instance, he has recently offered Christmas gifts for children in Caritas Lebanon and welcome a group of cancerous children from Saint Jude Charitable Society at his “Stars College” schools. It is worth mentioning that he is always a persistent participant in all national and social events. He is well-known as a resilient youth advocate, especially the creative and educated ones. In addition, he is so close to all social classes. He was elected several times as president of the Lions Club Beirut Code since his affiliation with the club in 2016.

Economic Activities

Economic activity is Dr. Hasan’s utmost life concern. One of his life priorities has been to pursuit knowledge. In this respect, he attended local and international conferences, kept pace with global and local economic alterations, and developed some theories that he tested in work field, thus he became acquainted with economic issues, having in mind the aim of recovering and reviving his country’s economic status.
