The General Director of Stars College schools Dr. Hassan Tajideen has celebrated the World Championships in the World Math Contest. The students Hussein Yahya Marwa and Mehdi Riyad Shor at Stars College in Al-Abbasiyeh. The final international competitions was held in Johannesburg, South Africa, in the presence of Head of the private Educational Department in the Lebanese Ministry of Higher Education, Mr. Imad Al-Ashkar and in the presence of a large group of dignitaries and representatives in various domains, including the Mayor of Abbasiyah, Haj Khalil Hirshi, Mayor of Tirdba, Mr. Hussein Saad, Director of Bank of Beirut Mr. Hani Bazoun, President of Lebanese Association for IT Professionals-LAITP, Mr. Rabie Baalbaki, Director of Youth and Sports for Amal Movement in Jabal Amel Region, Dr. Ghassan Jaber, Educational Officer for the Fourth Region, Mr. Mustafa Daoud, Educational Committee in the Municipality of Tire and the Educational Committee in the Municipality of Abbasiyah.
They were greeted by the Academic Director of Stars College, Mr. Najib Haballah, Professor Tariq Ibrahim and a number of school teachers.
The ceremony was a spectacular show for both of the world champions, who made it clear what was ahead.
After that, Dr. Hassan Tajideen has presented the shield of the school to Professor Imad Al-Ashkar.
