Monsignor Santo MARCIANO, Archbishop for the Italian Defense Forces, during the occasion of the Blessing of the New Church “Maria Decor Carmeli & Pope Saint John XXII’’, in Shama, on March 18th, 2019, by an invitation from the Commander of UNIFEL Sector West – Joint Task Force – Lebanon Brigadier General Diodato Abagnara.
